    Integrations

    We connect your systems through their APIs, so customers, invoices, products and stock levels move automatically instead of being typed in twice.

    Business systems and portals

    When off-the-shelf software isn't enough, we build what is missing: internal tools, customer and member portals, and web and mobile apps shaped around how you actually work.

    AI and automation

    AI that reads documents, suggests bookkeeping entries and drafts texts. A person reviews before anything is sent. We use AI where it does the job better, and fixed rules where they are safer.

The platform follows the accounts, licences and systems you already have. We are not tied to any vendor.

Sign-in with your organisation's Google accounts, hosting in Google Cloud and connections to Google Workspace.

Sign-in with your organisation's Microsoft accounts, hosting in Azure and connections to Microsoft 365.

Your existing systems

Finance and ERP systems, e‑commerce, CRM and email, whatever the vendor. We connect them through their APIs.

Secure from the ground up.

We don't improvise the parts that have to be secure. We build on established standards and proven cloud services, and set up every system so it can run safely and keep evolving.

    Established sign-in

    Sign-in follows standards such as OAuth and OpenID Connect, through proven services from major providers and never with home-made solutions. Ideally with your organisation's existing accounts.

  • Role-based access

    The right access

    Every user and integration gets access to what it needs and nothing more. Everything else is closed by default.

  • Encrypted secrets

    Keys in vaults

    API keys and passwords are stored encrypted in key vaults, never in the code. Sensitive calls are made only from the server.

  • CI/CD

    Tests and CI/CD

    Every change is tested automatically and deployed through a pipeline. Nothing reaches production unless the tests pass.

  • Dev · Test · Production

    Separate environments

    Separate environments for development, testing and production. New features are built and tried without disturbing what is in use.

  • Security review

    Reviewed before launch

    Code and security are reviewed before anything goes live, and whatever is found is fixed first.

  • Backup · Alerts

    Backup and monitoring

    Data is backed up and can be restored, and monitoring raises an alarm if something stops working.

    Important events and changes are logged, so you can always see afterwards what happened and when.

Behind FL Sessions

FL Sessions AB was founded by Fabian Lindbro, who studied systems science at Lund University with a focus on usability, system architecture and business value. We build systems for companies and organisations that want to spend less time on administration.

With us you have one contact all the way, from the first conversation to the system in production. We learn your routines before we propose anything, and we'll tell you if something isn't worth building.
